The SMSA was delighted to host a conversation between author Ryan Butta and Miles Franklin Award winning author, Shankari Chandran.

This discussion explores Safe Haven, the latest novel by Shankari. Safe Haven explores themes of displacement and seeking refuge—but ultimately it is a story about finding home—and the lengths you’ll go to find safety and love.
