Three Seconds by Roslund & Hellstrom won the 2009 Swedish crime novel of the year and deserved it; it’s gritty, violent and unnerving.

It’s a story about dangerous undercover operations, prisons, drug trafficking, corruption and double cross, but it’s also about one man’s survival against the odds.

Three Seconds is an intensely suspenseful thriller and a very exciting read and I could not put it down.

It is also a dark and gripping novel and difficult not to want to finish in one sitting.
