Annual General Meeting notice

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts will be held in the Henry Carmichael Theatre, Level 1, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney on Tuesday 11 March 2025, commencing at 12:30pm.

 

Business of the Meeting will be to –

  1. Elect three (3) Directors.

 

  1. To receive the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2024.

 

  1. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous AGM held on 12 March 2024.

 

  1. Appointment of Auditors for the 2025 financial accounting period.
