2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts will be held in the Henry Carmichael Theatre, Level 1, 280 Pitt Street, Sydney on Tuesday 10 March 2026, commencing at 12:30pm.

Business of the Meeting

1. Election of three (3) Directors.

2. To receive the Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2025.

3. Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 11 March 2025.

4. Confirmation of the Minutes of the Special General Meeting held on 3 December 2025.

5. Appointment of Auditors for the 2026 financial accounting period.
