BUSH SONGS AND CITY DITTIES
Warren Fahey: 60 Years of Stirring the Pot! 🎸
Forget dry history – Warren Fahey is here to shake it up with songs, stories, and sharp wit! For six decades, he’s been digging up Australia’s wild and wonderful past, telling it like it is with a guitar in one hand and a tall tale in the other.
From ABC radio’s go-to folklore guru to the man who gave us real Aussie music through Larrikin Records, Warren has been at the heart of it all. Bush dogs, female convicts, earworms, outback dunnies, bush biscuits and convict broadside ballads -nothing is off limits when this legendary storyteller takes the stage with his two bandmates – Garry Steel and Marcus Holden.
📅 Date: Friday 27 June | Two Shows! 12.30PM and 6PM
📍 Location: SMSA, Henry Carmichael Theatre, Level 1, 280 Pitt Street
