A Christmas Carol: Public Reading with Geoffrey Usher

Date & Time

November 23, 2022 - 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm

Join us for a public reading of Charles Dickens holiday classic A Christmas Carol with Geoffrey Usher.

Charles Dickens famous festive tale A Christmas Carol was first published in 1843 and has become a firm holiday favourite ever since.

Attending this event will be a great way to kick start the festive season and get you in the holiday mood.

The story of A Christmas Carol follows Ebenezer Scrooge, a mean and bitter old man who hates Christmas. However, on one cold Christmas Eve everything changes. Three ghosts visit Scrooge leading him on a terrifying journey. The ghosts take Scrooge to view his past, present and future, so he can see the error of his cruel ways.  This festive tale has twists and turns, ghosts and ghouls and a heart warming sentiment.
